The woman who sells the Chole Kulche is named Urvashi Yadav and she lives in Gurugram. A few years ago, Urvashi's husband had a car accident, due to which she took all the responsibility of her house on her shoulders. After the accident with her husband, Urvashi worked as a teacher for a long time, but after some time, she realized that with such little money, she would not be able to run her home nor she would be able to get her husband treated.

After thinking this, she decided to open the Chole Kulche shop with her friends. Initially, her family strongly opposed to this work of Urvashi, but she did not give up, and was determined to open a small shop on the street.
