New Delhi: Lawyer Harishankar Jain, who has fought the cases of dozens of Hindus, including the Gyanvapi disputed structure in Varanasi, has said that the law on the basis of which the Muslim side is seeking to stop the hearing, the same law will be the way to victory for the Hindus. Jain said that the finding of a Shivling in the disputed complex makes it clear that there was a temple there earlier and the mosque has been built by demolishing it. So this mosque should be demolished and the temple should be handed over to the Hindus.

Harishankar Jain said that in the middle of the basement is the place of Adi Vishweshwar and the Shivling was earlier established here. He said that the mosque is still standing on the foundation of the old temple. He said that the temple was forcibly occupied by demolishing it and after that Namaz was offered there. The lawyer further submitted that the videography of the disputed structure complex has been completed. On the basis of this videography, the Shivling will also be scientifically investigated and those who are questioning it, their tongue will also be closed.

Let us tell you that Harishankar Jain has been fighting the cases of Hindus since 1989 without taking any fees. He has fought 110 cases in the last 33 years. These include 7 big cases including Gyanvapi, Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, Mathura, Tila Wali Masjid and Bhojshala. He is accompanied by his lawyer son Vishnu Jain. He said that wherever temples have been demolished in the country and whose evidence is available, he will fight for them. Talking to the media, Harishankar Jain said that in the case where there is no solid evidence, they do not fight the case.

In the Qutub Minar case of Delhi, he said that the mosque has been built from the debris of 27 Hindu-Jain temples demolished here. The name of this mosque was named Quwwat-ul-Islam, that is, the power of Islam. Jain said that it is not a mosque, it is a symbol of the power of Islam that look, Hindus, we can break your temple. There is evidence that this mosque was built after the destruction of 27 temples. The lawyer said that he fights all the cases for the Hindus at his own expense. Half of his earnings go to litigation. Jain says that there is no organization behind him nor does he take donations from anyone. Even Jains do not ask for their protection, as it is a kind of status symbol and they do not like it.
