Lucknow: The court has accepted the application related to the investigation of the video leaking of the survey of the disputed Gyanvapi complex located in Punyanagari Varanasi. An application has been given on behalf of the plaintiff, demanding an inquiry into the video leak. At the same time, a petition was also given to hand over the survey report and video found in a closed envelope to the court, but it has been rejected. The next hearing on both the cases will be held on July 4.

On Monday evening, the court had given the video of the report and survey in a sealed cover to the four plaintiff women of the Hindu letter along with the affidavit. Shortly after handing over the envelope, the video got leaked and all media channels started playing it. Injured by this, the women of the Hindu side submitted an application in the court demanding the handing over of the sealed envelope back to the court and a CBI inquiry into the entire matter.

On behalf of the plaintiff Rakhi Singh's lawyer Shivam Gaur, the application was given in the district judge's court. Accepting the application seeking investigation, the court has fixed July 4 as the date of hearing. At the same time, due to the leak of the video, the court has not accepted the demand to hand over the envelope back to the court.
