The makers have changed the release date of South Indian film superstar Rana Daggubati starrer film Hathi Mere Saathi. The film's first producer-director was preparing to release in theaters on 26 March itself. But now a few days before the release, the makers have made it clear through a statement that they are yet to reach their movie among the Hindi audience. Makers have taken this decision due to the growing Corona crisis cases in India.

However, the producer-director is releasing the Telugu and Tamil versions of the film on schedule. Meaning that these films are going to reach theaters on March 26 only. While giving the news about this, the makers have released an official statement. This statement has been issued and written, 'We are going through a difficult time since last year. Still, there is no specific change in the circumstances. Now when we thought that the situation was normal, then suddenly the rise in corona cases again is very worrying'. Considering the current situation, Eros International has decided to stop the release of 'Hathi Mere Saathi', the Hindi version of it.

However, Eros Motion Pictures is releasing the Telugu and Tamil versions of this movie on Aranya and Kadan on the scheduled date. In this movie, Rana Daggubati is going to appear in the role of a forest dweller. Which is involved in protecting elephants and the forest. Rana Daggubati surprised fans by doing a major transformation for this movie.
