Hair loss is a common problem today, but this problem becomes more serious for the new mothers because after delivery, many internal and hormonal changes take place in the body due to which many new mothers complain of hair loss.  After a few months of delivery, most mothers complain of hair loss.

If seen under the influence of science, it is considered very common due to hormonal changes because it is absolutely normal to lose hair after pregnancy and there is nothing to worry about. Only 85 percent of our hair grows while the remaining 15 percent of our hair is in a state of rest. This 15 percent of the hair usually comes out while combing or washing the hair during a certain period, called a shedding period, to allow new hair to grow.

The most common cause of pregnancy after hair loss is a drop in estrogen levels. This leaves the hair in a relaxed posture and starts falling after 4 months of delivery. For new mothers, this phase lasts for 6 to 8 months and is completely normal. But if the hair fall continues, it may be due to anemia or post pregnancy thyroiditis. Both conditions can be treated, and a doctor should be consulted for the same. You can get solution from this problem by taking medicines as suggested by the doctors.
