After listening to the crime case which has come up recently, you will be shocked. This case is being reported from Haldwani district of Uttarakhand.  In this case, the son alleges that his step mother used to torture him for making a physical relationship and forcibly having a relationship with him for the last 2 months. Now the news has come out that on the complaint of his father, the police have filed a lawsuit under 323, 504 JJ Act (Juvenile Act) and Poxo Act. Not only this, media reports say that the first wife of a person living in Bhotia Padao police station area was killed.

His first wife also has a 14-year-old son. Talking about the matter, SSI Kashmir Singh said that after the death of the first wife, the man got married for the second time only six months ago. Few days back, there was a dispute between the two about something. When there was a dispute, the man's second wife filed a written complaint in the women's help line alleging harassment.

After that she went to her maternal home.Son told everyting about his step-mom to his father.  Man went to Bhotia Padwa police station and lodged a complaint against his second wife for harassing son for having sexual relations. Now the police is investigating in this case.
