Survey done on thousands of people

Max Hospital has done this survey on thousands of people. According to this survey, 44 percent of these thousand people and 57 percent of men are unable to take enough sleep because of their work. Whereas 26 percent people are found to be suffering from insomnia (sleep disorders). The people in this survey were between 20 and 60 years of age. It is clear from the figures of this survey that 50 percent of the thousand people do not take complete sleep. Because of which they may have heart problems and obesity can happen in the coming years. If you see, two million people live in Delhi and 500 out of every 1000 people are not getting enough sleep, it means that half of the population of Delhi, that is, 10 million people suffer from sleep disorders.

Many ailments may occur

There is a lot of harm in health, and people who do not sleep well can have problems like obesity, heart disease and stress. Therefore it is necessary to get enough sleep to get a healthy body. According to doctors, every person should take at least eight hours of sleep every day and must also perform yoga or exercise.

According to doctors, poor lifestyle is the main reason for not sleeping. Nowadays, young people keep working till late night, due to which their body is unable to get relief. At the same time, even today, people do not pay much attention to their food and they eat what they eat. Apart from smoking and alcohol consumption, the health of people is also being adversely affected. For a better lifestyle, people should rise early in the morning and sleep at night time.
