Jammu: Terrorists are targeting innocent persons in Jammu and Kashmir. This has created an atmosphere of fear among outsiders. They are specifically targeting outsiders and Kashmiri Pandits. Angered by the killing of a Bihari labourer, former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has reiterated his demand. He said that Kashmir should be handed over to Biharis, it will make everything alright there.

The target killing in Kashmir has created an atmosphere of fear among outsiders and Pandits. The terrorists have killed a labourer from Bihar who was working in a brick kiln there. On Friday, Manjhi tweeted, "We had said in the past that the film 'The Kashmir Files' is a terrorist conspiracy, by which a situation of fear is being created in Kashmir. The terrorist incidents in Kashmir proved my point. All I will say is that if Kashmir has to be calmed down, then we hand it over to Biharis, and everything will be fine.''

On the other hand, there is a situation of tension in Kashmir these days due to the targeted killing. There is a lot of anger among the people. Union home minister Amit Shah is holding a high-level meeting on the security of the state in New Delhi today. On the other hand, protests against terrorism and target killing are being witnessed in Jammu to Kashmir division. Kashmiri Pandits and other minority employees are migrating to Jammu in large numbers from the Valley. These employees are demanding that they be shifted out of Kashmir. They say they don't want to work in Kashmir under the shadow of fear.
