Mumbai: The debate over the chanting of Hanuman Chalisa in Maharashtra has heated up. Independent MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana had announced to chant Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshree, the residence of CM Uddhav Thackeray. Later at 3 pm, the Rana couple withdrew the decision and announced not to go out to Matoshree. Navneet Rana had given a time of 9 a.m. and before that, in large figures, Shiv Sainiks reached outside her house and started creating a ruckus.

Let me tell you that this ruckus was being done outside the house of MP Rana in the Khar area. On the other hand, the police had issued a notice to both of them, even after this Navneet Rana remained adamant about the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa. At the same time, outside the Chief Minister's bungalow Matoshree, the police have tightened the security arrangements.

MP Navneet Rana said that our aim was that Sankat Mochan should remove the crisis. Uddhav Thackeray has sent goons to our house. Shiv Sena is over. The real Shiv Sainiks have gone with Balasaheb. Now Shiv Sena of goons is left. The only work left of our CM is on whom what action has to be taken, who has to be sent to jail and who has to be tortured. Rana said that the chief minister's focus is not on farmers' suicide. Don't talk about the electricity problem. Keep silent on unemployment. It is a request to the President and the Prime Minister that our Maharashtra should be saved. The situation here is bad. For 2 years the Chief Minister did not even go to the ministry. He said that our objective has been fulfilled. Will no longer operate outside Matoshree.
