Hanuman Pandey alias Rakesh Pandey carrying Rs 1 lakh on his head was killed by the Uttar Pradesh STF in an encounter. If you look at the criminal record of Rakesh Pandey, it is known that it was a vicious crime. Crime number 589/05, written in number four in his crime history, was written in Bhanwarkol police station of Ghazipur. This is the same lawsuit which shook the whole of Uttar Pradesh in 2005. Yes, this case is about the murder of MLA Krishnanand Rai of Bharatiya Janata Party. According to the FIR, Rakesh Pandey alias Hanuman was also involved in the murder of Krishnanand Rai. The murder in November 2005 was investigated by the CBI and in 2006 Rakesh was taken into custody by the CBI and sent to jail. Mukhtar Ansari's shooter Sanjeev Maheshwari alias Jeeva, who was involved in the Rai murder case, had reported that Hanuman was also firing from AK47 in Salah's murder.

In 2009, an FIR was registered against Rakesh Pandey and Mukhtar Ansari in the murder of railway contractor Manna Singh in Mau cities. However, both of them have been acquitted from the court in this case, because Ram Singh Maurya, the witness in the Manna Singh murder case, and his official gunner are killed in 2010. Witness is over, case is also over Hanuman Pandey and Mukhtar Ansari were also accused in the murder of Ram Singh Maurya and his gunner. This case is still going on in the MP-MLA court. According to the Gangster Act, the trial was also done in both these slaughter, which is still going on.

For the past few years, an FIR was registered against Mau in Rakesh Pandey alias Hanuman for serious sections of fraud against the organized miscreants in Uttar Pradesh. In which Hanuman, hiding a case by giving a fake affidavit, took a rifle license in his wife's name. In this case, the reward of 25 thousand on Rakesh is from Mau, in which he was absconding.
