Kedar Jadhav was born on 26 March 1985 in Pune (Maharashtra). He was fond of playing cricket since childhood and his family initially stopped playing, but his game stopped everyone speaking. Jadhav again played home matches for the Maharashtra team. After this, he got an opportunity to play for Team India in the one-day match played against Sri Lanka in Ranchi on November 16 in 2014, in this match, he did not bowl but he scored 20 runs while playing at number six.

He has not played Test cricket for Team India but he made his debut in T20 cricket against Zimbabwe on 15 July 2015. Kedar has scored 122 runs in 9 T20 matches with his highest score being 58 runs.
