Kamal R Khan always remains in discussions due to his controversial statements, while he is celebrating his birthday today. Kamal R Khan made his television debut in season 3 of the Indian reality TV program Bigg Boss. Although he was already nominated for a three-week eviction, he eventually became the first contestant to be prematurely eliminated from Bigg Boss house due to his violent behaviour towards other contestants. KRK verbally abused Rohit Verma and threw a water bottle at him which hurt Shamita Shetty. He also had a dispute with comedian Raju Srivastava. He was asked to leave the house that night.
His Hindi film Deshdrohi was banned in Maharashtra by the state government. He is accused of making derogatory caste-based remarks and making derogatory remarks against South Indian actor Dhanush in his review of the latter film Ranjhaana posted on YouTube. A case under Section 66 A of the IT Act has been registered against KRK at Seema Puri Police Station in north-east Delhi. The film fraternity approached the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), demanding a complete ban against KRK.
During the 2014 Indian general elections, he tweeted that if Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister of India, he will leave India. On 18 May 2014, he posted a concocted screenshot of the tweet, which had Shah Rukh Khan's name. Some media outlets did not investigate Shahrukh Khan's tweet and called it disputed. On 23 May 2014, the day of Kochadian's release, KRK made derogatory remarks about the film on Twitter. His post, which reads "I will review #Heropanti on coming Thursday but I will not watch the Krap movie #Kochadaiyya", faced hot reply from Rajinikanth's fans. HE was processed by the police on 9 December 2018 for making lewd remarks against the LGBT community.
