Renowned Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli is celebrating his 48th birthday today. He was born on January 18, 1972, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. His full name is Vinod Ganpat Kambli. He was one of the middle-order batsmen for India. Vinod also played for Poland, South Africa.

Sachin Tendulkar, considered to be the Lord of cricket and Vinod is a close friend of him. Vinod Kambli has come across many reality shows. He has also worked in some ads. Recently, he is seen working as a cricket expert and commentator.

Vinod Kambli was the first man to score a century on his birthday. He was known only for ODI cricket. He has also starred in several Bollywood movies.
