A 250 year old women allegedly commit suicide and the reason behind the Immolation was harassed by her in-laws, in Nauhard Husainpur village of the district, police said.
the victim identified as Rekha Singh who was apparently upset as her in-laws used to taunt her over not having a child and took the extreme step yesterday, her family said in a police complaint.
According to police, Rekha poured kerosene and set herself ablaze in her house in Kandhai police station. Later, she was rushed to the district hospital where she died. Rekha got married about five years ago, police said.
