Thane: In a crime of harrasing a woman for money, a school teacher along with his family members has been booked. No one detained in the connection till now.

According to assistant police inspector Madhu Nana Shinde, “Yogesh Patil and his family members, all residents of Ghodbunder village in the district, had been allegedly harassing 25-year-old wife Swati since May 2014 to get Rs 12 lakh so that he could pay the amount to become a permanent teacher.”

“She was also physically and mentally harassed for not being able to conceive”, ASP added. The case was registered against accused and his family on the basis of the complaint filed by victim.
