Ingredients for making lemonade of green peas -

1 bowl of fresh green peas

3 medium-sized potatoes

1/2 inch piece of ginger

8 to 10 garlic buds

5 green chillies

1 tbsp coriander seeds

1/2 tsp hemp

1 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Oil for making vegetables

1/2 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt by taste

 

Method of making green peas Nimona - To make fresh green pea Nimona, first of all, put one teaspoon of coriander seeds, garlic buds, ginger, coriander leaves and one tablespoon of water in a mixer jar and prepare a fine paste of it. Now, take this prepared paste in a bowl and grind the pea seeds lightly in the same mixer jar. After this, peel the potatoes cut them into long pieces and wash them thoroughly with water. Now you heat the oil in an iron embroidery. When the oil is well heated, add the chopped potatoes and fry until golden from all sides. Take out the fried potatoes on a plate, remove the excess oil in a bowl. Just leave the oil as two spoons in the pan.

 

Now add pea paste to the remaining oil and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. After this, take out the pea paste in a bowl and add two to three teaspoons of oil to the same embroidery. When the oil added to the embroidery is hot, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and fry lightly. Add the prepared paste and fry the spices lightly on medium heat now. When the spices are roasted, add a little peas' seeds, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it. Now add the fried potatoes and fry for 2 minutes mixing all the things well. Now, add as much water as a large glass of water in it. Add salt according to the taste cover the vegetable and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Now, then add half a teaspoon of garam masala and a small spoon of lemon juice mix well and turn off the gas.
