Salt by taste

1/2 lemon juice

2 tsp oil

 

Method of making green pea chutney/ How to Make Green Pea Chutney – For this, first of all, add green chillies and garlic in a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes, keep in mind that you do not have to use oil to fry them. Now after this, when a light brown spot starts appearing on top of the garlic and chilli, then you have to take out the chilli and garlic on a plate. Now, by putting a small spoon of cumin in the same pan, we will also make it a little dry roast and take it out on the plate. After this, after putting as many peas as a cup in the same pan, we will also fry the peas in the medium flame while running in the middle. Now during this time, keep in mind that we do not have to use oil in roasting peas also, we have to fry them dry. After about 3-4 minutes, you will see that a light brown spot will appear on top of the peas and the colour of the peas will become good dark, then you have to understand that the peas have also been slightly roasted.

 

Now put the roasted green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds in a crusher and take the crusher cut or if you want, you can also grind the mixture in a mixie. After this, you will put the green peas in the chopper and crush the mixture if you do not have the chopper, then you can also grind it in the mixie. Now you will heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add a quarter teaspoon of mustard, a quarter teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry lightly. Now add finely chopped onions to it and cook until the onion is lightly golden. After this, add the garlic chilli paste to it and mix well, after roasting for a while, add crushed green peas and mix. Now add salt according to your taste and mix. After that, cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. Now the peas will also have softened to a great extent, so later add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix it.
