Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Awadheshanand Giri Maharaj of Juna Akhara said that Hindi journalism has a glorious history. Journalists worked dutifully and honestly, facing challenges in every round. Journalists are working under adverse conditions even during the Corona transition. Swami Awadheshanand was addressing the online seminar organized by Giri Maharaj Press Club on the occasion of Hindi Journalism Day as the chief guest. He said that today's era has gone beyond print media to electronic media and beyond. Discipline on social media is slightly less visible in this round of competition. He spoke of maintaining diversity, factuality and credibility to the news.

Special guest Urban Development Minister Madan Kaushik said that journalism has always played its role for awareness. Whatever our times, our journalists have always performed their duties well. Dr. Shivshankar Jaiswal, former president of Press Club and Prof. PS Chauhan said that the new generation will take inspiration from this glorious history.
