The Kumbh Mela in Hinduism is very important. It is the largest religious festival in the world. It is held every 12th year in India at Haridwar, Prayagraj, Ujjain and Nashik. However, for the first time in the history of Kumbh Mela, it will be held in Haridwar in the 11th year instead of 12 years. Haridwar is ready for Mahakumbh 2021, but this time the biggest challenge for governance is to ensure the prevention of corona epidemic of devotees. If you are also planning to go for a bath at Kumbh, it is very important to know about Covid protocol. IG Kumbh Mela Sanjay Gunsinl has prepared a major action plan for the same which has also started implementation.

Corona symptoms do not enter appearance-People who are symptomatic mean that the symptoms related to the corona epidemic are visible, they will not get admission in the Kumbh Mela area. They will either be returned or referred to the centre for epidemic treatment. This month, the police had done the fair in this way on Makar Sankranti.

Keep negative reports along with the devotees who come for the Maha Kumbh bathing, who want to come for night stay, are instructed to come after conducting corona testing. If their report is negative, then they come to the Kumbh region.

If you do not wear masks, it is necessary for everyone to wear compounding or summons masks. The compounding or summons proceedings against those who do not wear masks will also be implemented on behalf of the Mela police. The request to maintain social distance from all is also being done on behalf of the fair administration. However, in this connection, IG Kumbh Mela Sanjay Gunsinl believes that it is practically a little difficult to maintain masks and social distances but all are being urged to adhere to it for their safety.

Registration on online website- Devotees who come for bathing will have to register themselves on the online website. The data available on the website will reveal which day there will be more congestion. The fair administration will finalise the arrangements accordingly. In addition, if any positive is found during bathing, contract tracing can be carried out in a better way.

Children-elderly are being urged not to come to children and older persons for 10 years in the Mahakumbh bathing.

At the time of bathing at Kumbh Mela, people who have co-morbidity, and whose immunity is computerized, have been instructed to take special precautions due to bathing.

Only three dips will be able to take off- There will be no relaxation of the desired dips on the ghats due to bathing in Kumbh. Devotees will be ensured to stay on the ghats for at least a moment to come to the Ganges coast and bathe and return to the special. The formula for ' one bath, three dip ' has also been prescribed.
