Dehradun: Blaming the neglect of Kumbh Mela, former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat said he was deeply saddened by the neglect of Kumbh Mela. Harish arrived in Kumbh Nagri Haridwar on Wednesday. Here he bathed the Ganges. Thereafter, he also performed Ganga Pujan. After which he will meet the Saints of all Akharas. Congress national general secretary and former CM Harish Rawat have put the centre and the state government in the dock over the Kumbh celebrations. On Facebook, Harish Rawat has written that he is saddened at the neglect of the centre and the state government.

Both the centre and the state government are criminals for neglect of Kumbh. On 27th January, Haridwar will meet Saints. By doing so, they want to convey the message to the centre and the state government that the neglect of Kumbh will not be tolerated. Saints are the real guardians of Kumbh. On the Kumbh case, Harish Rawat announced his visit to the Saints in Haridwar on January 24. His function was cancelled. Now Rawat has again announced to go to the saints ' shelter, but the situation has also changed in these two days.

The central government's SOP on Kumbh and the letter issued thereafter can be limited to the Kumbh. Saints can also express their displeasure.  Even before this, Rawat reached among the saints and apologized in the matter of changing the name of Ganga flowing through Har Ki Paidi. The controversy over the naming of the Ganges stream arose. The government is still entangled in this matter.
