Dehradun: Organising kumbh for Uttarakhand government will now depend on the high court's stand as well. The Kumbh event has now become more challenging. The High Court had asked the state Government to issue guidelines from the centre on the conduct of Kumbh. Now, the central government has issued guidelines and asked the state Government to register the devotees and join the Kumbh by conducting rtpcr checks and showing negative reports.

Those who come to the same Kumbh will have to come up with a negative report of corona at their level. Even if this is so, the state Government will have to deploy the necessary force to examine the report and complete other formalities. It is also evident in the SOP that about 50 lakh people can reach Haridwar on the main festivals. On the basis of this, the High Court had also asked the state Government to arrange tents for 50 lakh people. So far, the state Government has also been trying to avoid the provision of tent colony. Now, it may be necessary and the government may have to exercise a lot.

The government will also have to arrange for registration for Kumbh. The government has made arrangements for registration on the portal of Smart city under Corona. The Kumbh will have more congestion in the short moment and the government has to face the challenge of crowd control. The Government will also have to work very hard to adhere to the rule of social distance from a large number of people.
