Right now in the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the case of former Naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav can be further advocated. But the government has to decide in this regard. The government is negotiating with Pakistan on this issue through several means. Senior advocate Harish Salve said this. Salve has pleaded on behalf of India in the Kulbhushan case in the International Court of Justice. In July 2019, the ICJ has asked Pakistan not to hang Jadhav and reconsider the sentence.
