Bangalore: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has made a big disclosure in the murder of Bajrang Dal worker Harsha in Karnataka in the past. The NIA has said that Harsha was murdered in the midst of the hijab controversy for the purpose of spreading communal violence. The media report quoted NIA sources as saying that on March 2, when the investigating officer reached Shivamogga to investigate the Harsha murder case, he came to know that this murder was done under a conspiracy. Their motive was to incite communal violence. The hijab controversy was to incite riots in the state.

NIA has also mentioned this in its FIR. It was told that an attempt was made to create panic in the state with the murder of Harsha. The intention of the accused was to intimidate people and spread communal tension by using deadly weapons. Let us inform that before the NIA investigation, the Home Minister of Karnataka had also mentioned the communal angle in this case. On the other hand, BJP MLA CT Ravi had said that Harsha was not killed for any personal reason. He had said that, 'I don't think it is a decision taken due to some old enmity. There is a possibility of a well-planned conspiracy behind this. Who gave them financial help, who hatched this conspiracy, who instigated them, who supported them, all these should be investigated in the court.

In relation to handing over the investigation of the case to the NIA, he told that this case has been given to the NIA so that the killing of Hindu activists can be stopped. Condemning this murder, BJP MP Tejashwi Surya attacked the fundamentalism growing in Karnataka. He gave the example of organizations like PFI and SDPI and said that these people want to bring the terrorist model of Kerala to Karnataka.
