New Delhi: Haryana beat Delhi's powerful team by five wickets in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Rohit Sharma, the team's sixth-ranked batsman, made a big contribution to the victory, which ensured the team's victory with his stormy innings and his partnership with Rahul Tevatia. Rohit, who scored 48 off 21 balls, nailed a mere 16-ball 31.

Both were not out until the end and returned to the team with a resounding victory. The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy match was played in Mumbai. In the Indian Premier League, Tevatia, who had five consecutive sixes against Kings XI Punjab, made 3 fours and 2 sticks in a 16-ball 31-run inning. The stormy innings of Rahul and Rohit can be gauged from the fact that the two won the team with a partnership of 78 runs off 33 balls.
