Chandigarh: In view of the declining corona infection in Haryana, the government has announced to increase the lockdown with some concessions. The ongoing lockdown in Haryana has been extended till June 21. The  government allows odd-even system for shops in the state has also been scrapped. All kinds of shops now will be able to open every day. Shops will open from 9 am to 8 pm, but night curfew will continue in the state.

In Haryana, all restaurants and bars will now be able to open from 10 am to 10 pm with a capacity of 50%. Home delivery will be available till 10 p.m. Clubhouses, golf course restaurants and bars are allowed to open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a 50 percent seating capacity. Weddings and funerals can include a maximum of 21 people. Wedding party will not be allowed seeing rise in cases. Maximum 40 people allowed for funeral ceremony while such functions will require the permission of the concerned deputy commissioner.

Gyms with a capacity of 50 percent are allowed to open from 6 am to 8 pm. A maximum of 21 people can go to the shrine (in the open) at a time. Corporate offices can work with up to 50 percent of the number of employees. Educational institutions will remain closed during this period.
