New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Wednesday told the Supreme Court that no inflammatory speech was made against Muslims at the Dharma Sansad held in Delhi on December 19. Not only this but the Delhi Police also questioned the petitioners in the case for not coming to them and going directly to the top court. South-East Delhi DCP Isha Pandey, in an affidavit filed in the top court, said the police had registered a case following allegations of hate speech in the case. 

In fact, on December 19, the Hindu Yuva Vahini organised a programme at the Banarasidas Chandiwala auditorium. During their investigation, the police examined the video and other material of the Dharma Sansad and found that it depicted the speciality of the religion, but no inflammatory speech was made against any community. The Delhi Police told the top court that all complaints in the case have been dropped. In the video, no inflammatory speech was made against any religious community. In such a situation, after investigation and investigation of the video, the police came to the conclusion that no inflammatory speeches of any kind were made in the Parliament of Religions. 

In fact, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court seeking an inquiry and action in the hate speech case in the Dharma Sansads held in Haridwar and Delhi. The top court had sent a notice in the case on January 12. The top court is hearing a petition filed by journalist Quran Ali and a former judge of the Patna High Court. It has demanded an independent probe by the SIT into the hate speech case against Muslims in parliaments of religion. The matter came up for hearing on Wednesday, during which the Uttarakhand government sought an adjournment to file an affidavit.
