Hathras Gang rape victim's father and brother have been protesting in Safdarjung Hospital. They blamed that the body was taken from the hospital without their approval. "We did not get any post-mortem report. We did not sign any document", says victim's father. The family says "How the hospital can carry the body without our approval".

The victim's brother said that the father had held talks with the ambulance driver. The ambulance has crossed the Yamuna Expressway. The father has asked the driver to come back and show the post-mortem report. If all this does not happen, nobody will accept the body in Hathras. Meanwhile, Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad has made serious allegations against the doctors of Safdarjung Hospital. He said that on Monday night, doctors had removed the ventilator plug, as the government wanted the victim to die because she belonged to a Dalit community. Chandrashekhar Azad said that there was no police man with the girl's parents.

Chandrashekhar Azad had gone to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi today to meet the family members of the victim. He demanded stern action against the culprits. The victim of Hathras incident died in Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Tuesday morning. Since then, the incident has been taking the political angle. The victim's family has reacted to the statement of ADG (Law and order) Prashant Kumar. The matter is under investigation.
