Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, BJP MLA Nandkishore Gurjar has written a letter to state Governor Anandiben Patel demanding registration of a murder case against uttar pradesh DGP, Hathras Superintendent of Police and collector in the case. He has also sent a copy of the letter to PM Narendra Modi, BJP national president J P Nadda and state president Swatanter Dev Singh.

The same MLA has written in the letter that this is the first incident after the independence of the country in which the police administration has done the job of taila the values and final actions of the Sanatan Dharma by snatching the right to shoulder and face the meaning of the bereaved family without any family in the case of an alleged rape and gruesome murder on the signs of top officers. He said that the Sanatan Dharma forbids the funeral after sunset.

At the same time, he has blamed the DGP, Superintendent of Police and collector for spoiling the image of the state government in conjunction with the opposition leaders. BJP MLA said that a high level investigation of the case should be conducted and a murder case against the above officers should be registered and punished in the fast track court. The same case is being investigated continuously. However, of course, no criminal has been caught.
