Hathras: When the CBI filed a charge sheet in the Hathras gang rape and murder case on Friday, the victim's sister-in-law said, 'the last statement of her sister was not in vain.' The CBI has filed a charge sheet against all the four accused Sandeep, Ravi, Ramu and Luv-Kush. The investigating agency has filed a charge sheet against these accused in various sections including murder, rape, gang rape, SC / ST Act.
The gang-rape victim had stated in a statement before her death on September 22 that she was raped, which became the primary basis of the CBI's two-thousand-page charge sheet. A private channel spoke to the family of the Hathras victim. During the conversation, the emotional family breathed some relief on the outcome of the CBI charge sheet. The victim's brother said, 'We know that this will not bring back our sister, but it is such that we will not be happy, but see it at least that what we were saying was correct.'
The victim's mother was seen sobbing in the corner of the verandah of the house. At least 80 CRPF personnel were seen deployed in a tent outside their house. The victim's family is the only Dalit family in the alleged upper-caste village. The weeping mother said, 'I dreamed that she was sitting on the bed and drinking tea. She still comes in my dream. We still do not believe that he is no longer in the world.'
