Navratri, the nine  days of fasting celebration and worship are celebrated twice every year,this time from today,people are celebrating Chaitra Navratri.Each of the 9 days of the festival are devoted to nine forms of Goddess,and the ninth day is celebrated as Ram Navami.

So, the tips for the nine days of fasting festival are here:

1.Starving yourself is unhealthy,so ir is better to eat small meals.

2.Consume lots of water,unless you are doing a ‘Nirajal Vrat’ because it will keep you hydrated and energetic.

3.For healthy fasting,  there are lot of fast(Vrat)recipes  including frying,roast or grill vegetables.

4.Samak rice is easy on your digestive system,so you can try it with some vegetables.

5.Instead of refined sugar,you can use Jaggery or honey,because it is more healthier than refined sugar.
