Everyone enjoys sweets, but most people have only had rice kheer. Today, we will teach you about paneer kheer, which is both tasty and simple to make. You'll require the following information. 

Ingredients - Paneer - 250 g, Sugar - 100 g (1/2 cup), Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp, Cashewnuts - 6 to 7, Full Cream Milk - 1/2 litre, Pistachios - 2 to 3,

Paneer Kheer Recipe - 

To start, pour milk in a pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Grate the cheese while the milk is heating up. Also, after thoroughly boiling the milk, thicken it by cooking it on a low temperature for 6 to 7 minutes, then stir in the shredded paneer. Then continue to simmer the milk until it boils again, then reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook the kheer until it thickens. While the kheer is cooking, spoon it every 2 to 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cashew nuts by cutting them. Add the almonds and cardamom, then thoroughly combine all of the ingredients in the kheer and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sugar melts. When the kheer is done, remove it from the pan and place it in a bowl.
