Ingredients - almonds-200 g, sugar - 50 g, ghee - to fry

Recipe - Soak almonds in water for 7-8 hours. Remove from the water and peel and cut into 2-2 pieces. Wipe with a clean cloth and dry for 15-20 minutes. Heat ghee in a pan, fry till light pink and then remove from the pan and place it on tissue paper. To make the syrup, add sugar to a separate pan and add enough water to soak the sugar well.

Now cook on a low flame, running continuously. When a wire syrup is formed, put the fried almond kernels in the syrup and turn them over, so that they can be well mixed with the syrup. Almonds are ready to be scrapped. Remove from the pan and cool.
