While bathing in such a way, chanting Guru Mantra, Strot, Kirtan, Bhajan or God's name also benefits.Let us tell you that in the Kurm Purana, the person who takes bath at Prabhat, does not come to Lakshmi's sister, Alkshmi, bad times and scary dreams, and now you should also tell that there are four types of Shastras Bath .

Brahma bath - It is said that those who take bath in the name of God at about 4-5 in the morning, are called 'Brahma bath' and such a bath involves happiness in life.

Dev Bath- It is said that those who take a bath after sunrise have been called 'Dev Bath' and all such troubles in life are removed from such a bath.

Yogic bath - It is said that through yoga and meditation, which is used for bathing is called yogic bath and doing it is like doing a pilgrimage.

Danav bath - It is said that those who take a bath after tea or food, are called demon bath and face serious adversities in life.
