Today, The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to former IAF chief S P Tyagi's cousin Sanjeev Tyagi on CBI's plea challenging the bail granted to him in relation to the AgustaWestland chopper scam case.
Justice I S Mehta fixed the plea for January 18 where the hearing of the plea against SP Tyagi is scheduled.
Counsel Sanjeev Bhandari told the court that similar arguments were made during hearing of the plea against ex-IAF chief.
