'He was abusing Modi ji and Yogi Ji': Sambhal BJP leader who hit specially-abled man defends himself

New Delhi: Facing anger for a video of him physically assaulting a specially-abled man, Uttar Pradesh BJP leader Mohamed Miya stated that he was abusing “Modi ji and Yogi Ji”. He added that he tried to first explain things but he was drunk, it was a conspiracy to smear BJP. He further said that he was just trying to make him leave the place.

He asserted , “ I didn’t shove a stick in his mouth.”

Worth mention here in a widely circulated video, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader from Amroha - Mohamed Miya is seen physically assaulting a specially-challenged man. In video Miya is seen hitting the man over and over again and shoving a stick at his face.

It is noted that the incident is reported to have taken place just in front of the SDM office of Sambhal town, which is a district in the western Uttar Pradesh.

As per  the video recordings, the specially abled man is talking about giving the vote to Akhilesh Yadav - the former chief minister of the state and SP leader and this may have furious BJP leader prompting him to shove a stick in the mouth of the specially-abled man.
