Right time to drink water: Often many women drink water while eating. This also increases the problem of blotting. It is important to keep the body well hydrated throughout the day, but drinking water during meals increases the problem, whether you drink more water while eating or before and after eating. Excess of water going into the stomach causes the digested acids to dilute, so that the food is not digested properly. In fact, eating stamic acid is useful for digesting and killing pathogenic microbes. Due to the decrease in the amount of stummic acid, the food stays in the stomach for a long time and due to this, the stomach appears to be flushed out. 

Eating fast: Often we eat food in a hurry when we are late for some work. This habit is not at all true for your digestion system. In fact, if the food is eaten too quickly, more air is left in the body and that is why gas and indigestion problem can occur after some time of eating. In this case, keep in mind that chew food naturally and eat well.

Chew: We have been taught since childhood to chew food properly. It is generally recommended to chew food at least 30 times. Even if you don't count while eating, but you should make sure that you are chewing the food properly. The food is easily digested by chewing properly and there is no extra load on our digestive system.

Drinking water: If there is a lack of water in the body, constipation can be a problem and it is also connected to blotting. We need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. This makes the stool soft and there is no problem of fresh the next day. Along with this, regular exercise is also necessary.
