While cooking food, a lot of attention is given to nutritious ingredients. But some mistakes during cooking can make your food unhealthy. One such mistake is to cook food repeatedly in the leftover oil or use it again without washing any utensils. Apart from this, one of the biggest mistakes that we often make is to save time. Often we cook different things in the same pan while cooking in the kitchen. When preparing a vegetable or tempering, when more oil falls in the pan, then we start chopping other things in the remaining oil. But is it healthy?

Do not cook in a wokless pan or cooking pan or refrain from cooking anything leftover in pan frying. Clean the same pan or pan before cooking again. Rub it with soap, ashes and brushes, and remove the sticky and burned items in it. This way the vessel will be cleaned and safe for reuse.

Re-use the pan without washing, and the burnt oil remains in them. Gradually free radicals are formed in them. The release of these radicals kills the anti-oxidants in the oil and using un-washed pan and large utensils can cause cancer.

Avoid using cooked oil, it burns by cooking oil again and again. By changing the color of the oil, it can be understood that the oil is deteriorating. When the color of the oil becomes dark or dark, it is not considered edible. Note this before cooking another vegetable in the leftover oil. If the color of the oil has become too dark then discard it. Using the remaining oil in the pan again or several times can be harmful to your health. Reuse of oil can result in the formation of some free radicals that can later cause diseases.
