Once a bone fractures, for some time we have to depend on others for our daily routine. In such a situation, if you want that your pain is reduced and your fracture is cured at the earliest, then some alteration in the diet will have to be done. Some things will have to be removed from the diet, which cause damage during the fracture, while there are some things that need to be done to fix the bone injury as soon as possible.

Vitamin C is very important for bones. Vitamin C cures bone injury as quickly as possible, so eat more things like vitamin C, such as lemon, orange, tomato, grapes, papaya, kiwi, etc. in case of any fracture.

Calcium is most important for making bones, so calcium-containing things should be eaten more when the bone is hurt. Along with Calcium, vitamin B6, vitamin D and vitamin K are also very beneficial for bone injury repair. Whereas minerals such as copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium and silicon also help to add bones. It is better to include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, green vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet.
