Ingredients to make:
Dry ginger powder - 25 grams
Jaggery - 250 grams
Dry Coconut - 1 cup grated
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Desi Ghee - 125 grams
Almonds - 35 grams
Gum - 50 grams
Pistachios chopped - 1/2

Dry ginger ladoos recipe: To make dry ginger ladoos, firstly break the gum into small pieces. Finely chop the pistachios and grind the almonds in a grinder to make a paste. Now heat desi ghee in a pan. Now add pieces of gum and fry it. When the gond becomes big after flowering, take it out in a plate. Add flour to the remaining ghee and fry it while stirring continuously. When the dough turns light golden brown, take it out in a dry plate.

Now put ghee in the pan and heat it and put dry ginger powder in it and fry it for 1 to one and a half minutes. Now take it out in the flour plate itself. When the glue cools down, crush it with a plate by hand. Now put the pan on low flame and add the broken jaggery to it. When the jaggery melts well then turn off the heat.

Add flour, dry ginger, gum, almond powder, coconut and pistachios to this jaggery and mix well with a spoon. Remove the pan from the gas and keep it down. When this mixture is slightly cold, apply a little water in the palm and tie the ladoos. Take your grated ladoos. Let these laddus stay outside in the air for a while so that they bind a little bit, after that, keep it in a container. You can enjoy this laddu throughout the winter.
