New Delhi: One month after hearing of the Ayodhya land dispute case today, the 31st-day hearing has started in the court. In which the lawyer of the Muslim side, Zafaryab Jilani is presenting his arguments before the court. Yesterday's hearing came at a time when the Sunni Waqf Board and others admitted in the apex court that the Ram Chabutara built at the disputed site was the birthplace of Lord Ram. On the question asked by the court, lawyer of Sunni Waqf Board and others, Zafaryab Jilani said, "Yes, we believe that Ram Chabutara is Ram's birthplace because the district court of Faizabad has given its verdict."

In such a situation, now they do not have the option other than accepting it. The apex court yesterday asked several questions from Muslim side lawyer Zafaryab Jilani regarding Ram Chabootara as his birthplace. The court had asked that do you believe that Rama was born in Ayodhya? Jilani said yes. The court said, do you also agree that Ram Chabutra is the birthplace. Jilani has said yes. The court asked that if you did not appeal against this decision, Jilani said that he has claimed the entire land in this appeal.

The court also asked the lawyer of the Muslim side, how much is the distance of Ram Chaputre from the central dome? Jilani said that it would be 60-65 feet. When Jilani described Ain-i-Akbari as the Encyclopaedia of India, he said that it contains every important thing but it does not mention the birthplace or temple in Ayodhya. On this, Justice SA Bobde praised whether it mentions having a mosque there. Jilani said no. When Jilani argued not to mention the birthplace in Ain-e-Akbari, Justice Ashok Bhushan said, "Skanda Purana is even older than that." It is said that the place of birth is fixed. On this Jilani argued that the Skanda Purana is of the century which the court rejected.
