New Delhi: The Supreme Court will today hear against the restrictions imposed in Jammu and Kashmir after the removal of Article 370. The central government has put several strict restrictions there. Against which some people reached the Supreme Court. On the last hearing, the Central Government and the Jammu and Kashmir Administration had issued notices and sought a quick reply of two weeks. The apex court had said in this notice that the Center and the Jammu and Kashmir administration should state when the situation would be normal in the state. For this, the court also issued instructions to file an affidavit.

On the last hearing, the apex court had directed the Central Government to take restrictions in Jammu and Kashmir to make all efforts to restore normal life in Kashmir keeping in view the national interest and internal security. When the petitioner Anuradha Bhasin complained about life's mishap, the court had said that if there is a matter of local problems, then the High Court can consider it better.

The Supreme Court summoned a report from the Chief Justice of the High Court to investigate the matter, taking seriously the complaint that it was difficult for the general public to reach the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. On the demand of senior advocate Huffaiza Ahmadi to produce the apprehended minor children before the High Court Juvenile Justice Committee, the bench said that when you are asking yourself to be produced before the High Court Committee, why don't you go to the High Court itself. The Chief Justice had said that he would go to Kashmir and review the situation himself if needed.
