New Delhi: Asaram is serving a life sentence in a rape case, but was admitted to Jodhpur AIIMS as Asaram's health deteriorated in Jodhpur Central Jail. Meanwhile, the hearing on interim bail for Asaram's treatment has been postponed till after the summer holidays.

In fact, Asaram's lawyer Siddharth Luthra on Friday once again demanded the apex court to adjourn the hearing saying asaram's condition is critical. He is currently hospitalized, so hear the case next week. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said Asaram is admitted to ICU, proper treatment is underway. The petition has become just as ineffective. Luthra appealed for a further hearing after the summer vacation. Which was cleared by the court.

Earlier, while hearing Asaram's bail plea, Justice MR Shah expressed his displeasure with Asaram's lawyer Siddharth Luthra. Justice Shah said that you had sought postponement of the last hearing for personal reasons, but you appeared before the Calcutta High Court on the same day. Is the high court hearing important from the apex court's hearing? You should first give priority to the Supreme Court and then the High Court.
