The bail plea of famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachia, arrested on charges of possessing drugs, is scheduled for hearing today. Indeed, the court of Mumbai sent Bharti and Harsha to judicial custody till 4 December last Sunday. Soon after the order was pronounced, Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiya applied for bail, which is to be heard today. Let us also tell you that the Ganja was recovered from the house of comedian Bharti Singh.

Bharti and her husband were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau after questioning on Saturday. On Sunday, Harsh Limbachia was also arrested and after his arrest both of them were medically examined and produced in court. The court sent Bharti and Harsh to judicial custody till 4 December but both applied for bail after that.

Harsh Limbachiya was arrested by Malum Ho Narcotics Control Bureau after a 15-hour interrogation. Giving information about the case, Sameer Wankhede, the zonal director of the Mumbai branch of NCB, had said that a case has been registered against Bharti Singh and Harsh for drug abuse. By the way, let us also tell you that up to one thousand gram Ganja is considered small quantity and for this, there is the punishment of a jail term of up to six months or a fine of Rs 10,000 or both.
