Bhopal: Due to the "Nisarga" cyclone in Madhya Pradesh, heavy rain is expected. Meteorologists have issued heavy rain warnings with strong winds at most places on Wednesday-Thursday. Mamata Yadav, senior meteorologist of the meteorological center, said that the "Nisarga" storm formed in the Arabian Sea is moving towards the north. On Wednesday, the storm is expected to hit Alibag in Maharashtra. Its effect has started appearing in MP since Monday night. It was cloudy on Tuesday. This led to a drop in maximum temperature. It has also rained in many places.
Due to the impact of the cyclone on Wednesday-Thursday, the rainy season can start in Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Rewa, Shahdol, Sagar, Gwalior and Chambal divisions. During this period, heavy rains may also occur. Significantly, this year all the districts of the state have changed in the pre-monsoon rains this year (from March 1 till now). The southwest monsoon has knocked in Kerala on June 1 at its appointed time. Meteorologists have expressed the possibility of knocking of the monsoon in the state around June 22.
