Heavy rain have been continuing in Hyderabad since last Friday. Now the Metrological Department has issued a warning that the next three days of rainfall will continue in Telangana. With the southwest monsoon active in the state, Hyderabad continues to record surplus rainfall in September. It was a drizzle, but the morning was returning to various parts of the city, raining in many places by evening.

For your information, as per reporting till 5 pm, Hayatnagar recorded the highest rainfall of 61.5 mm, followed by Sornanagar (59.5 mm), Nagol (59 mm), Lingojiguda (57.5 mm) and Vanasthalipuram (51.8 mm) and Telangana State Development Planning Commission (TSDPS). In the last 24 hours, the highest rainfall at Kapra was 49.9 mm.

However, the weather department has indicated that the weather forecast and thunderstorms with Hyderabad are likely to occur in isolated places on Telangana. Heavy rainfall is expected in various districts including Adilabad, Karimnagar, Mulugu, Warangal Urban and Warangal rural areas.
