Bhopal: Outbreak of rain continues in Madhya Pradesh. According to the state government data, 202 people have lost their lives due to continuous rains, 32 people have been injured and 631 cattle have also been killed. 9816 houses have been partially damaged in the state, while a total of 231 houses have been completely destroyed. Apart from the NDRF and SDRF teams, the local administration is involved in relief and rescue, rescuing over 8500 people and taking them to temporary relief camps and shelter sites.

High alert on international border, special training given to villagers

State Revenue Minister Govind Singh Rajput told the media that 'six lakh to eight lakh hectares of land has been badly affected by rain and floods, but only after the report of the ongoing crop damage assessment survey in 52 districts, the actual damage to crops Can be detected.' 

Govind Singh said, "The state government has sanctioned Rs 6000 crore for the people affected by floods and rains and if needed, more funds will be sanctioned. Of this, about Rs, 50 crore will be released to the affected people. And the work is going on to provide financial help."

Passengers at 400 railway stations to soon be served tea in kulhads

The Kamal Nath government of the state is giving four lakh rupees to the family of the deceased. Based on the reports of different departments, a detailed proposal for compensation will be forwarded to the Central Government. As most of the rivers in the state are in spate, gates of 21 of the 28 dams have been opened.
