Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh had received a premature monsoon this time though the monsoon expected good rainfall in the state this time due to premature arrival. However, it did not happen. So far, 6 per cent less rainfall than normal has occurred across the state. As per the information received, there are 33 districts across the State which have received below average rainfall. At the same time, when it comes to the weather conditions, the mood is changing every day. Sometimes it is sunny and sometimes it is raining heavily.

Now, amidst all this, the Met department says that the change will continue. The Met department has said that with the scorching sun, most districts across the state are likely to receive rain. The weather will remain the same this week. Let us also tell you that during the last 24 hours, 75.0 mm in Damoh, 35.3mm in Dhar, 25.0mm in Datia, 23.0mm in Sheopurkalan, 13.1mm in Guna, 13.0mm in Shajapur, 7.0mm in Khandwa, 4.1mm in Sagar, 2.8mm in Bhopal, 2 in Tikamgarh. 0mm, Bhopal City received 2.0mm, Mandla 2.0mm, Ujjain 1.0 mm, Pachmarhi 1.0mm, Gwalior 0.3mm, Jabalpur 0.2mm, Khargone 11.0mm.

The Met department has now issued yellow alert in Jabalpur, Shahdol, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior, Chambal division districts and Neemuch, Mandsaur, Indore, Satna and Sagar, Anuppur, Dindori, Katani, Mandla, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Sivani, Balaghat, Sehore, Jhabua districts. It is said that heavy rain may occur in these districts in the next 24 hours.
