The release date of Kajol’s movie helicopter Eela is was slated to release on the 14 september but now it will release on 7 September to avoid the clash with Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
Helicopter Eela actress shared the information on her Twitter account about the change in the release date of the movie. Earlier this movie was slated to release on 14 September but it is preponed to avoid the clash with Shahid Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam starer batti gul Meter Chalu. This movie is directed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Ajay Devgn and Jayantilal Gada of Pen India Limited. The music of the film is composed by Amit Trivedi.
This movie is based on the Anand Gandhi's Gujarati play Beta, Kaagdo. Kajol will be seen playing the role of an aspiring singer and a single mother. Apart from Kajol, Riddhi Sen will also be seen in the pivotal role.

The last Bollywood movie of Kajol was Rohit Shetty's Dilwale where she was seen opposite to Shah Rukh Khan. She was also seen in Tamil film Velaiilla Pattadhai alongside Dhanush in 2017. The forthcoming film of kajol includes Om Raut’s Taanaji : The unsung Warrior where she will be seen with her husband Ajay Devgan.
