There are various herbs and spices which carry multiple health benefits, for Indians, adding turmeric to every meal is a must, and we all know its benefits. The country is known for its spices so why not take benefit of that too?

Cardamom: It is a spice that has a long list of health benefits, belonging to the ginger family, this spice can be added to teas, coffee, as well as desserts. It helps with constipation, diarrhoea, vomiting, headache, and epilepsy, and has various other benefits. 

Rosemary: It is a herb that helps in boosting memory, and concentration. It contains high levels of antioxidants and has anti-microbial properties.
