Salman Khan previously revealed Abdu Roziq as the first confirmed contestant for Season 16 of the show.

Altaf Tadavi, also known as Altaf Shaikh, is better known by his stage name MC Stan. When he was 12 years old, he began performing qawwalis but soon discovered rap. By referring to himself as a "underground artiste," MC Stan has always maintained a low profile. The rapper asserts that the song Aastaghfirullah served as the catalyst for his image change by letting his fans see him for who he really is.
